It's now easier to add lighting to your Suzuki RM-Z250 (2010-2016)/ RM-Z450 (2008-2016) EFI dirt bike with this three-piece kit — engineered to mount the Baja Designs Squadron 2.0 Universal (D/C) Motorcycle Headlight utilizing the power output from your bike's stock OEM stator.

The Baja Designs Squadron 2.0 Sport Universal Motorcycle D/C headlight kits bring your motorcycle lighting to the next level. Completely redesigned from the inside out, the Squadron 2.0 Sport is housed in our universal moto shell and features next‑generation optics that offer a powerful 3,200‑lumen output at 30W—delivering a 35% increase in performance over the previous generation with improved beam control and efficiency. Precision‑engineered optics create a refined beam pattern that throws light farther and wider while minimizing wasted spill, giving you more usable illumination exactly where you need it.

Suzuki Headlight Wiring Harness with Handlebar Switch - Suzuki RM-Z250 (2010-2016)/RM-Z450 (2008-2016)
PN: 129044: Specifically designed for the Suzuki RM-Z250 (2010-2016)/ RM-Z450 (2008-2016) EFI motocross bikes. The harness plugs into the stock capacitor and includes an on/off handlebar switch, and a 2-pin WeaPack connector to connect to a Baja Designs light. Note: This harness is only designed to run the headlight.
NOTE: Due to the manufacturer’s use of different plugs, please reference the image below for the correct harness.
If your plug does not match the 129044 harness photo, you will need to get the 129043 harness HERE
Adapter, 2-Pin WeaPack to 4-Pin Deutsch-style Connector
PN: 64-1122: This adapter allows enthusiasts to connect legacy 2-pin WeaPack connectors to our newer 4-pin Deutsch-style connectors. *NOTE: This adapter is 2-wire only and does not support Squadron 2.0 backlight functionality. Perfect for upgrading to Squadron 2.0 lights without rewiring your existing harness.
