2006 drz400s squadron sport and harness

"Installed a squadron sport pod and this harness and it matched right up to the factory h4 headlight connection. Hi and low beam modes work perfectly and the squadron is plenty bright. My only concern is that I noticed this dimmer harness wiring feels quite hot I hope it doesn’t melt down, can anyone tell me if it’s normal for the dimmer wiring harness to feel hot to the touch?"

Great little kit, that is

"Great little kit, that is used to upgrade the headlight on my WR250. Should have Added a diode to the highbeam wire to prevent backflow to the highbeam indicator light."

Excellent product that allowed me

"Excellent product that allowed me to hook the Squadron LED headlight to the existing wiring in my 2004 CRF250X Baja Designs kit. It gives me a high/low beam setting again and keeps the bike street legal."

I installed this when I

"I installed this when I installed a squadron pro retrofit kit in my baja designs headlight shell. It is a plug and play setup as is, but I chose to cutoff and shorten the leads then solder them in for a cleaner install. Works great and makes the super bright squadron pro light street friendly and pass inspection for states that require hi/lo beam. Thanks Baja Designs!"

Conveniently set the brightness of your Squadron Dual Sport Kit to match riding conditions. Often auxiliary lights are too bright or have too wide a lighting pattern to operate at full power during the day or under certain road conditions.
