Meet the LP Series
These high-wattage auxiliary lights are mainly designed for near-field and midfield use — except for the LP9 Racer Edition, which has a longer visibility field to assist those going at top speed. Our design team has developed three LP9 LED light models to help see what’s ahead:
LP9 Pro
The King of Lights, the LP9 Pro packs nine forward-projecting next-generation LEDs producing 12,547 lumens at 124.2W, while six dedicated Integrated Peripheral Technology (IPT) LEDs per side add 2,320 lumens at 21W — delivering a full 200-degree spread of light and a total lumen output of 14,849. Built for near and mid-field dominance, the LP9 Pro saturates zones 1–3 with intense illumination while pushing into zone 4 when speeds climb. Available backlighting options include amber, red, blue, and green, with Hi/Low functionality included.
LP9 Sport:
Built for enthusiasts who want a full-size, high-output light without the premium price tag, the LP9 Sport delivers the same beam pattern as the LP9 Pro. Nine forward-projecting LEDs produce 9,421 lumens at 88W, while six dedicated IPT LEDs add 2,302 lumens at 21W — combining for a total lumen output of 11,723 and covering a full 200-degree spread across zones 1–3. No backlight. No frills. Just straightforward on/off performance and more sidelight coverage than its Pro counterpart.
LP9 Racer Edition
Built for speed, the LP9 Racer is engineered for the demands of high-velocity driving. While maintaining a 200-degree spread of light, its high-output beam pattern drives hard into zones 4 and 5 — delivering the long-range visibility you need when speeds climb toward triple digits. Nine forward-projecting LEDs produce 8,374 lumens at 132.5W, while six dedicated IPT LEDs add 2,320 lumens at 21W — combining for an outstanding total lumen output of 10,676. Featuring our amber backlight, low, and high-power modes, the LP9 Racer Edition caters to every lighting need on the road. Amber backlight and Hi/Low functionality included
LP Series Features
Direct Ducted Cooling (DDC) – With so much power, a cooling system was an integral part of making the LP series perform at the highest lever. Direct Ducted Cooling, or DDC has been designed in all of the LP series lights for exceptional heat dispersion. This acts as channels, allowing air to travel from the front of the housing to the rear heat sinks keeping the lights from overheating while in use.
Integrated Peripheral Technology (IPT) – One of the features that makes the LP series the best on the trail is Integrated Peripheral Technology, or IPT for short. The IPTs allows the LP series to provide an incredible 200-degree spread of usable light, combining forward and cornering light in an all-in-one package.
Color Backlight Options – Our LP Pro series models offer color backlight options. Choose from amber, red, green, or blue giving enthusiasts the choice to customize their vehicles for shows, photo shoots, or anywhere they want to bring attention.
uService Lens Replacement – Keeping the LP series running at the highest level means having a lens that is free of damage. All LP series lights have been designed with Baja Designs uService technology. Changing a damaged lens and customizing your light pattern is made easy as unscrewing the housing bolts in the back and installing a new lens. All this can be done in your garage or on the trail without the fear of voiding your Lifetime limited warranty.
Unique Design – The unique Baja Designs futuristic styling through 3D light face with flat and sloping surfaces blended to the case offers the LP9, LP6 and LP4 a characteristic unlike any other light on the market today.
