Intellectual Property Enforcement Specialist

We are looking for a sharp, proactive Intellectual Property (IP) Enforcement Specialist with a strong understanding of the aftermarket automotive industry to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying, monitoring, and enforcing our intellectual property rights including trademarks, design patents, and copyrights against infringing and counterfeit products across online marketplaces, unauthorized dealers, and international distribution channels.
