Baja Designs is committed to our products; we proudly offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturer’s defect on all of our products.
These are comprehensive warranties; other than the exclusions below – you’re covered. We even warranty all of our bulbs and ballasts against burnout.
Exclusions include installation errors, abuse and damage caused by accidents. You must be the original owner of the product and be able to supply proof of purchase.
Li-Ion or Li-Po Batteries carry a 2 year warranty.
NiCad DSK batteries carry a 90 day warranty
Dual Sport Kit switches carry a 1 year warranty.
Engine components do not carry any warranty.
Baja Designs will pay the freight if your product is less than 90 days old, otherwise defective products must be returned to Baja Designs, Inc, freight prepaid. At our option, we will repair or replace items in question and return them at no charge. If the identical product is no longer available we will replace with a similar product of equal value. We also provide an upgrade path for new and improved products. Send your old product back and you will get a 25%-50% discount on the new product. Discount percentage will be determined when a new product is released. Please call the office to get an order number before you return product. When we receive your product, in most cases, it will be repaired or replaced within 2 business days and then returned to you via UPS ground service. UPS Air Freight or Federal Express service is available at your expense. Warranty applies only to the product purchased. Under no circumstances is Baja Designs, Inc. or any of its assigns liable for ANY other costs.
